At first I was just happy that this scum got the death sentence he deserved in the first place,then I was pleased that a LIFE sentence was an actual life sentence for once. Take that parole board! Then the more I thought about it the more I realized that this could be the solution to the gang problem in general.

The first thing we have to do is make it so that gang members are treated the same way as terrorists. Really that’s all they are anyways domestic terrorists who are going to make lives miserable for the general population, so this shouldn’t be that big of a step. Then once they are considered terrorists we need to start arresting gang members simply for being gang members, even without proof that they have committed any other offense. Being seen with known gang members will simply be enough.(Fuck you freedom of association)

Then we need special jails for these gang criminals. Kind of like a really big hold with beds and a way for food to be given to the prisoners. Then naturally a lot more miracles like this will happen causing the deaths of many more gang members and at the end of the day the world would be a better place. Over time it is inevitable that a single gang will basically be running the each of these jails and quickly eliminating anybody added who is from a rival gang, so we can just simply leave any survivors down in the hole until they die of natural causes. Either way they are off the streets and the general population is safe from harm.

That being said, there is a long way to go before this happens. New jails will have to be built and staffed, not to mention the various legislation that would have to get passed to get through the human rights that are in the way. Because legally these criminals still count as people, not really though, just legally. In all honesty even if we could just imprison all gang members simply for being gang members the world would be a better place, but then we would have to pay billions of tax dollars to keep them in jail for the rest of their lives, so I think it would just be better to kill these animals off.

But no, it appears it isn’t over yet! The FSIN (Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations) are calling for a second inquiry because they aren’t happy with the first one. Full story on this found here.

So ok, you want another inquiry because you aren’t happy with the first one, the least you could do is pay for it right? Nope it would be coming out of the taxpayer’s pocket. As if enough taxpayer money isn’t already wasted on natives, not we have to pay for this too, great just great. I think if you want another pointless inquiry you could at least pay for it out of your casino profits.

Now lets talk for a moment about how truly pointless this inquiry would be. The guy came at a police officer with a knife and the cop defended himself. Doesn’t really sound like there is anything wrong with that, would you all rather the cop be the dead one? Some people are playing the “you didn’t have to shoot him, use a tazer” card. Do you know how much shit the cops in canada are facing nowadays every time they taze somebody? A lot of them can’t even carry them anymore, so ya, it had to be the gun.

The first inquiry even made a list of recommendations for the RCMP to help prevent these things from happening in the future so I now will make a list of recommendations for first nations communities to help prevent these things from happening in the future.

Quit drinking so damn much
Plain and simple if you guys were sober a lot of these thing wouldn’t happen.

Listen to police
I don’t know what your problem with authority is, but if the knife was just dropped when asked none of this would have happened.

Cut down on domestic disputes that lead to the police being called
This could be done a number of ways such as finding somebody you are actually compatible with instead of a “baby’s momma”. Also again, not drinking so much could help cut down on domestic disputes. And for all you native women quit dating men who look like this
and date guys who look like

Now I know a lot of white guys simply want nothing to do with native women but if you keep at it you may be able to find one and I promise the problems at home will be a thing of the past.

Get off the reserve and go make something of yourself

Well that’s all I currently have for my recommendations, I may add some later as I think of them. But lets all remember that no matter what these inquiries say Mr.Standingreedy will still now be Mr.Deadandburiedgreedy.

I don’t believe in Remembrance day or any other day meant for us to remember those who died in wars for us.

Now that may sound terrible but I just don’t see any reason to care about people who sucked at their jobs. The veterans who lived through the war and got the job done, they deserve it, but not the people who just went to war and die. You sucked at your job, thanks for making the enemy have one less bullet.

I would never look back fondly on the guy who fucked up my drink order,or the valet driver who scratched my car. I like the bartender who could do is job right and make me a delicious drink and the valet driver who could actually drive. So i choose to look at being in the army and going to war the same way.

Having said that I am excited about the holiday this year, I’m tired and don’t want to go to work tomorrow…..

He is being charged with careless use of a firearm for the incident, but knowing how our justice system is with first nations he will most likely be let off the hook or be given a slap on the wrist. The decision will be made in January, I’m sure I’ll have something to say about it then too…

Now if a white man were to shoot at a boat full of native people he would at least be charged with, attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, inciting hate crimes and at least a few things I am forgetting about.

If Canada is supposed to be a great country with many different cultures all living together this two tiered justice system non sense has to end and Canada has to become a land of equality for all people regardless of race.

This story really just reminded me of something I’ve been meaning to rant about for awhile. If people want to commit suicide we as a community should let them. We can all agree that the earth;s population is getting ridiculous and sooner or later we are going to run out of resources,so maybe if people were encouraged to commit more suicide we could at least slow down the process.

Now, I’m aware of how horrible this sounds and it would take some getting used to but lets think about it.

Nowadays if somebody tries to commit suicide and lives through it they are essentially babied from that point on with everybody in the community being nicer to them, and they then go and spend money on therapy or medications or both and the whole time just consume resources when they don’t want to be alive.

So what I’m suggesting as a possible first step is that if somebody tries to kill themselves and it is medically possible to save them, we simply shouldn’t.

The first immediate upside of this is that the doctors,nurses and rest of the medical world can not waste their time and supplies on somebody who wants to die. This immediately opens the door for somebody who actually wants medical care to get it. Then when the suicidal person is dead they will no longer be taking up any of the earth’s resources and leaving them for people who actually want them. In our current economic state its impossible to not mention how this will help the economy. Put simply, dead people can’t work. So for every working person who commits suicide a job will open up and the number of unemployed will go down ever so slightly.

Dad who killed his daughter’s boyfriend for her own good

In my honest opinion this man should have all charges laid against him dropped and maybe even be offered a job fighting crime,because simply put he gets shit done.

Here is a man whose teenage daughter is dating a 20something year old guy who is getting her onto drugs. He had tried calling the cops and doing everything our joke of a justice system could do, but that amounted to nothing. So rather then sit back and let his daughter continue this relationship with her drug dealing pedophile boyfriend he decided to step up and kill the guy.

This is not a bad man, or in my opinion even a criminal, he is simply a man who did everything he could to help his daughter. In the world we live in where 90% of the parents don’t give a fuck we need more parents like him.

The longer the Canadian justice system is a joke for the more people there are going to be taking the law into their own hands………

To sum it up quickly a girl(single mom of a two year old at that) was walking down the street in a bad neighborhood at about 1AM, was shot and died.

Now how could this have been avoided? Stricter gun control? Wouldn’t have helped. Having a for real justice system in Canada instead of a “catch and release system”? Could have helped.

I think this picture,though not completely relevant to the situation could offer a solution.

Now seeing as she was a single mom, she most likely has a low IQ, so I’ll explain as clearly as I can.
YOU WERE WALKING DOWN THE STREET IN A KNOWN BAD AREA AT 1AM! Believe it or not people can die in these situations. My favorite quote from the news article comes from one of the people she was walking with. “I thought I was just going to fight them, you know,” he said. “I was kind of getting ready, saying, ‘What’s up?’” Perhaps if you were at home at 1AM,maybe even watching your child, instead of walking around in the hood with a moron you would still be alive, things don’t just happen for no reason.

Now onto her being a single mom, this is why people should have to get a Parent’s license before having a kid.
Then she could continue all the irresponsible behavior she wanted, and worst case scenario she would die, but now a child has to grow up without a mother. Damn irresponsible single moms.
I am not saying this murder should have happened,and I’m hoping whoever did this is punished beyond our joke of a justice system, I am merely saying things can happen when you are in the wrong place at the wrong time, perhaps staying home with your child would have been a better choice?

I heard there was a facebook group dedicated to her memory, I was going to post a link to it here, but my mediocre effort couldn’t find it so I’ll just leave it. Why does every teenager who dies get a facebook group? It’ll soon take the place of obituaries.

In one of my recent posts I told the story of April Dawn Halkett and how somehow after leaveing a newly born baby face down in the water of a toilet she was found not guilty of child abandonment. Well there is still hope. Check it out! She is going back to court, hopefully the judge won’t have brain damage this time.

Now for the negative.

Here is the story. To sum it up for you. A guy who was stalking a women for many years is trying to get a court order overturned so that he will be allowed to contact her again. Just that there is a case for this is bad enough, I will honestly be speechless if he gets what he wants. This is like a pedophile being allowed to visit playgrounds. I bet I can guess what he’ll do once he gets there.

Common sence dictates that he should never be allowed anywhere near her again, too bad when it comes to the Canadian justice system, common sence isn’t a factor.

Somebody made a comment something along the lines of “people need to go to classes and get licenses to use cars, and yet anybody can have kids.”

The more I thought about it the more a parent’s license seemed like a really good idea. It could cut off so many problems before they even become problems.

I’m not exactly sure how it could work, but I’m in no position to implement it, so somebody can worry about actual enforcement. I’m really just brain storming at this point.

Something along the lines of needing to get the license upon becoming pregnant and if you don’t qualify for the license for any reason the pregnancy would then be terminated. (I know its harsh, but it may be for the greater good.)

So now we have to make the rules and requirements for actually obtaining the parent’s license.

1. The parents must be able to emotionally and financially support the child.
This would basically stop people who had mental disorders or something from having children, since it is inevitable that since they cannot care for the children they will eventually be taken away from the parent’s anyway.
As for being able to financially support the child I’m sure some mathematical equation can be found. It could account for the income of both parents, the number of children this would bring them to and most likely some variables I’m not thinking about at the moment.

2. Neither parent can currently be on parole or been convicted of an offense in the last lets say five years
This one should be self explanatory. No more criminals breeding more criminals.

3. Both parents must have a minimum High School education
How can parents who haven’t even completed a basic education raise kids who are going to make anything with their lives?

4.Neither parent can be an alcoholic or addicted to drugs
Plain and simple, how many child die, or are beaten or simply completely ignored because there parents have substance abuse problems?

5.Neither parent can be on welfare
Both parents don’t necessarily need jobs. A wealthy businessmen and a stay at home mom would work fine, or one person home on disability while the other works would be fine as long as they comply with rule 1.
This rule is to weed out the people who are on welfare simply for the sake of being lazy and staying on welfare instead of getting a job, because what inspiration would kids have to make something of themselves if they grow up around a family who is fine doing nothing and barely scrapping by.

6.Both parents must attend a parenting class
Plain and simple, parents would learn how to be parents.

7.Both parents must be known
No whores constantly having kids who are all with different men(she thinks but sleeps around to much to be sure)

That is all the rules I can really think of at the moment, I’m sure more can be added later.

Now for how this will help the world.

Just think about it most of the people who would end up doing nothing with their lives will never even be given the chance. All the poverty and crime ridden ghettos could possibly be empty with a few short generations. Only people who can raise children effectively would be allowed to, and the parents who would raise nothing but problems for society wouldn’t be able to. All the useless people would be gone in a few generations and the people who aren’t just wasting air will be able to live in a possibly almost crime free world. This would also help even out the world’s population, its been going up like crazy forever now, this could at least make it balance if not go down.

And think about outside of Canada as well. If all the people barely able to support themselves in Africa weren’t allowed to have kids, all the poverty in Africa could possibly end within 100 years with their horrible life expectancy.

I’m not saying this is do able. There is so much human rights shit against it that it is almost impossible to picture this coming into effect. But just think for a minute, wouldn’t the world be a better place? Maybe the rights of a few should be sacrificed for the good of the many.

To sum up what happened a native man got a bunch of traffic tickets. He then argued that since he is a member of the “Indian Nation of Turtle Island” and hence the laws of Saskatchewan shouldn’t apply to him. To which the judge respectfully replied “STFU you live in Saskatchewan and the laws apply to you.” (not an exact quote)

This story is both awesome and inspiring. This is a bold step forward for equality in Canada, he threw in the race card and the judge denied it. Imagine the utopia we would live in if all judges had this much common sense!!

Also I think this story is awesome because he is clearly a moron. The “Indian Nation of Turtle Island” isn’t any kind of real argument at all. The term comes from way back when First nations believed that North America was on the back of a turtle. Which is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard, and there are some dumb religions out there. But seriously, a turtle? Wow, just wow.

But he was also good, we could learn many lessons from him. In his eyes it doesn’t matter if your black or white. He could walk right up to you, place his hand on your shoulder look you in the eyes and teach you the other lesson he had to give.

There were also some things Micheal Jackson wasn’t. He was not the lover of Billy Jean, she was just a girl who says that he is the one, But the kid was not his son.

You will be missed Micheal, though thriller was many many years ago, and you have seemed almost irrelevant since then, the world will not be the same without a Micheal Jackson.
